Growing insights to lavender

Through object meditation

Lavender graces the garden with her flowers in the warmth and light of the summer months.

This plant gives natural remedies, it can be used in cooking or tea, and also many health care products, like soap and scent for candles.

Through object meditation we can grow an insight into the Lavender plant, which not only reveals something about the plant and its essence, but the way of practice can also promote a healthy uplift or calming centring to the practitioner.
